This recipe is one of my favorite Korean BBQ recipes I have ever made!
It is super simple and I really like the flavor!
I am not sure if this is one or two ingredients I have but I have a feeling it is one.
It is a great way to use up some leftover Korean BBQ that you may have laying around!

rice vinegar 1/3 cup korean BBQ sauce (or other Korean BBQ sauce of your choice) 1/8 tsp.
salt 1/5 cup chopped scallions (optional) Instructions Combine the kimichi, onion, carrot, and pepper into a large bowl.
Add the chicken and rice to the bowl.
Stir in the kimbopon and the kamchi sauce.

Recipe Notes I use the korean sausage in this recipe.
If you don’t like it, you can use minced ground beef instead.
